Sketch Pencil (Graphic Pencil) comprises different tone grades. These grades are labeled in English letters and numbers. Hard pencils are grades with ’H (meaning ’hard’)’ while soft ones with ’B (meaning ’black’).’ The grade in the middle is, as our may be able to imagine, ’HB.’ there is a number before the ’H’ or ’B’ to indicate the level of ’hardness’ or ’softness’ of the pencil. Besides, there is also a ’F’ grade pencil, with a hardness between H and HB.
